Service and metering
A preliminary meter type and cautions are free. A detailed technical answer costs 3 credits per item. A report with alternatives, procurement specifications and an RFQ draft costs 10 credits per item. Select each item separately. Reopening or downloading a completed result is free. These products do not include confirmed vendor quotations, stock, lead times or certified designs.
Welcome credits
New members receive 3 free credits once, expiring 14 days after registration. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. No payment method is required and the free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Monthly subscriptions
Starter includes 30 credits per paid billing cycle; Pro includes 100. The amount approved at PayPal renews automatically each month. Credits are granted only for successfully paid cycles. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that cycle and do not roll over. Your account shows the exact expiry time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid credits remain available until their displayed expiry. To change plans, cancel the existing subscription and start a new one with a separate billing cycle.
Credit packs
A 10-credit pack is a one-time purchase valid for 365 days. There is no automatic top-up. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first. Expiration does not erase payment records or override statutory refund rights.
Failures, cancellation and refunds
If generation fails or times out without delivering a result, reserved credits are automatically restored with at least one day to use them. Request a payment refund through the account support form, selecting the payment. We review the purchase date, usage, service defects and applicable law without excluding statutory cancellation or refund rights. Treatment of used credits and the refundable amount will be explained after review. Cancelling renewal does not itself refund an earlier payment.
Prices and currency
USD online prices are $19/month for Starter, $49/month for Pro, and $9 for a 10-credit pack. Korean policy prices, including VAT, are ₩29,000/month, ₩79,000/month and ₩11,000 respectively; KRW online checkout is not yet available. USD purchases are charged in USD. Your card issuer or PayPal may charge conversion fees. The displayed USD amount is the total charged by Flow.kr. The seller handles applicable tax reporting separately; this checkout does not automatically calculate local tax breakdowns. Payments between Korean PayPal accounts are not supported.
Privacy and engineering scope
We use membership details, inquiries, results, payment identifiers and credit records to provide the service, process billing and handle disputes. Flow.kr does not store card numbers or PayPal passwords. When you request a paid answer, we send that inquiry and extracted conditions to the OpenAI API with response storage disabled. Results are private to your account. Remove unnecessary customer names, contact details and sensitive information before submitting. Use the support form for privacy or deletion requests; legally required payment records may need to be retained. A manufacturer or responsible engineer must verify properties, ratings, certifications and installation suitability before purchase.
